One of my patients who had severe gum recession, with poor aesthetic crowns on the maxillary arch (upper teeth)

I did grafting on maxillary upper arch, and restored her teeth with porcelain crowns. The patient was very pleased!

Decay present, and fractured upper incisor, and front tooth

Restored upper anterior teeth with all porcelain crowns.

This patient had 2-4mm buccal recession on #19-22, with #20 being the most severe at 4mm

The pinhole grafting technique was done using collagen, in lieu of removing tissue from the palate.

This patient had 2-6mm buccal recession on #11-14, with #11 being the most severe with 6mm recession, and zero attached gingiva.

The pinhole grafting technique was done using collagen, in lieu of removing tissue from the palate.

This patient had 3-6mm buccal recession on #4-7, with #6 being the most severe at 6mm.

I performed the Pinhole/VISTA graft, and took connective tissue from the palate.

This patient had 4-5 mm of buccal recession on #3-8, with #8 being the most severe at 5 mm.
